Available Datasets
To provide hands on abilities to use the tools available within the CVRG, there are datasets that are available for public use. With ECGs, Physionet provides a research resource for complex physiological signals. The ECGrid Toolkit is able to accept files in Physionet format and pass them to multiple algorithms available within the CVRG analysis services. With Imaging, several ex vivo canine hearts (diseased and normal) and one ex vivo human heart are available for public use. The CVRG has plans in the near future to make a repository of normal human hearts available as well.
ECG
The ECGrid Toolkit is able to handle a number of different ECG file formats. Sample data that can work with the ECGrid Toolkit can be found on the Physionet ATM.
DTMRI Data From Ex-Vivo Canine and Human Hearts
The CVRG has several sets of canine and human DTMRI data sets available for public use. Canine DTMRI data is described in Helm et al (2006). Circ. Res. 98(1):125. Information on the organization of the files and links to download are available here.
Canine Heart Atlas
The CVRG has atlases with analysis of canine heart fiber and sheet angles available for public use. Information on the organization of the files and links to download are available here.
In-Vivo Human Heart CT Image Data
CT images from patients with Ischemic (ICM) or non-ischemic cardiomyopathy (NICM). For more information on available datasets, click here.
Reverse-Phase Protein Microarray Data
Reverse phase protein array data from Anderson et al (2011). High resolution mapping of the cardiac transmural proteome using reverse phase protein microarrays. Mol. Cell. Proteomics 10.1074/mcp.M111.008037, 1–9 and Anderson et al. (2009). Improved reproducibility of reverse-phase protein microarrays using array microenvironment normalization. Proteomics, 9(24): 5562-6. Click here to View Datasets.
